Providence Hospitality Partners selected to operate the 481 room Red Lion Hotel, Denver/Southwest.

Providence Hospitality Partners has been selected to operate the 481 room Red Lion Hotel, Denver/Southwest.  
Providence said the immediate plans call for the bifurcation of the east and west towers to create a dual-branded hotel complex. 

David B. Storm, CEO of Providence Hospitality stated, “Providence believes that the bifurcation of this asset represents a strategic initiative, which will add strength and stability to the property’s financial well being. This undertaking, in tandem with PHP’s strong regional sales presence, will allow us to reposition the property for maximized profitability."
Following the $3 million renovation, the property will be converted to a 291 room Radisson Hotel and Conference Center,  Following the guest room focused renovation of the east tower, it will be branded as the 190 room Red Lion Inn & Suites.   The hotel currently has 481 rooms and suites.
